Occidental's campus is beautiful in the spring, all those flowers! Special thanks to Chiaki for modeling for me.

These are all photos from when my Mom and I visited Sequoia National Park in August 2017. It was really beautiful, I'd recommend it for anyone who loves nature.
These are also from a few months ago, from when the family went camping for my birthday at Noisy Creek campground in the Pend Oreille area. It was very beautiful, I'm glad I got the opportunity to explore there. I'd love to go camping again soon, but I think at this point it'd be such a hassle that it wouldn't be worth it.
Sorry for the long delay. These photos were actually taken in July, but I haven't sat down and edited all the photos I took over the summer. I got a new camera for my birthday, it's definitely an upgrade. I'm now at college in L.A., so I'll try to take some urban pictures around here.
Don't mind the crappy photoshop on some of these, Colton has nice views, but there's a lot of stuff blocking the way. I ended up running all over town a couple of times and sprouted a blister bigger than a quarter on my heel. All worth it though.
Here are some outtakes from the Christmas Lights Portrait and just a random picture of one of our ornaments. Our cats really love the Christmas tree. About every 5 minutes, we have to untangle one of them from the branches or from the lights themselves.
I went out for a walk around Colton last night around 4:00 p.m. I think I need to get out a little bit earlier, a lot of the light had already gone and I missed the absolute best of the sunset. I love the darker feel to these though.
Aside from the noise, I quite like some of these. Most of them are not quite candid, but not contrived setups either. I think I'll need to look at getting a lens with wider aperture capabilities so I could take pictures in my house more easily when the light is bad. These three of Ruby were my favorites. On a side note, I haven't done any snow pictures yet! By the time I get home from school, all the nice light has completely gone. I'll have to get out there pretty soon. With the snowstorm that's supposed to come this weekend, I think I'll have the time to do some nice shoots.
